ART319 Outdoor Painting Competition will take place in Burlington, IA. Painters have August 9-15th to paint within the city limits. On August 15th, starting at 5PM, there will be an opening reception at the Harry & Virginia Murray Art Gallery on the SCC campus. It's free for the public to view. All works for sale will be between artist & buyer.
